Background

• In close consultation with the site owner, Northern Racing Group, this project was to formulate an improvement scheme to raise the quality of Bath Racecourse and its profile as a racing venue.
• Construction work included:
  - Remodelling the racecourse
  - through the use of extensive
  - earthworks
  - Re-routing a problematic rights
  - of way to assist walkers and
  - the racecourse
  - Provision of drainage.

Timescales

• 4 months, delivered on time.

Our involvement

• Secured planning permission.
• Undertook and project managed the construction from start to finish.
